End To A Perfect Day

Eli after his swim in one of the puddles

An armful
When is enough enough?????

Eli after his second warm shower of the day

Gabe had trouble deciding what to keep and what to give away

This is a double rainbow. Second one is on the right.

Closeup of the  predominant rainbow

"Neither snow nor rain nor dark of night . . ."

In the beginning, the rain wasn't so bad

Hollering "Throw me something mister" proved to be a great bead-getter

Then the rain started--slowly at first

But the rain wasn't much of a deterrent

He was going to get every necklace he could-rain or not

The harder the rain fell, the more determined he became

Just a few more

At last, he struck gold

He just knew everyone would want his treasure

The rain subsided and Alex decided to unload
and go back for more!!

KEY WEST

Rainbow and islands in the Key West chain

There must've been two thousand sailboats in the harbor when we docked in Key West.

Every house had gardens that seemed to be more beautiful than the last.
This little porch was soooo inviting..rocker, a great glass of wine and good friends. Recipe for a great afternoon.

Wild orchards were everywhere.

That Rog!!! He's even smiling.

For whatever reason, roasters were all over the place.

Reminiscent of Dale Chihuly, one of my favorite artists.

I don't know why he has such a long face.

Ernie's place

The architecture was fabulous.  Easy, relaxed and inviting.
